Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your e-mailboxes and email campaigns. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new email box in no time and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create autoresponder messages and secure your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unwelcome electronic mails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a specific e-mailbox.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming mail messages based on certain criteria specified by you. Setting up e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect immediately. You can quickly set up an e-mail filter for any of your mail accounts and modify the filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just select the e-mail box account you would like to redirect electronic mails from, then choose the destination email box and select if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the e-mail client of your preference to access your e-mail accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new email box account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mailboxes simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager user interface will also allow you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can accomplish that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
